Well Founded is a collaborative retreat experience led by Afro Yoga in partnership with venture capital firms and companies investing in founders of color.
Our work is at the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship, and DEIB. We create transformational experiences with the intention of offerings beautiful solutions to the difficult problems most entrepreneurs and founders of color face today— isolation, overwhelm, and burnout.
This experience will gather them in a community of like-minded people away from the daily grind so they can get the reset they’ve been needing. It’s all about how we, as founders of color, can weave the worlds of work and wellness into a sustainable lifestyle that brings us joy and ease.
