OUR VENTURE CAPITAL PARTNER

About Visible Hands

Visible Hands is a pre-seed venture capital firm on a mission to highlight and invest in the limitless potential of overlooked founders.

Women and racial minorities make up ~70% of the U.S. population and yet, less than 10% of venture capital dollars go to that demographic. We know that there are institutional barriers starting from day zero that are amplified for people of color, women, non-binary and trans folks. This is why we support our founders holistically through a community and wellness lens.

In the two years since their inception, they have completed their first accelerator program where they selected and supported a cohort of 50 founders out of 911 applicants. They’ve hosted over 100 events for their founders in 14 weeks and completed over 120 hands-on projects ranging from design to strategy. For their next cohort set to begin in September this year, they’ve received over 1400 applications and also launched strategic partnerships with Google for Startups for VHLX and Amazon Web Services for their Black Founders and Female Founders accelerators.
